With prices starting from just £4,100 per year, our site fees cover the cost of maintaining the grounds and the cost of running our wide array of on-site facilities, activities and entertainment.

Site fees are an annual payment which all holiday home owners need to make to ensure that they retain their plot at their chosen holiday park. These fees not only cover the land rental but also the cost of maintaining the grounds around their holiday home. This money is used to ensure that we keep our resort looking clean and tidy, in addition to covering the costs of any repairs which are required.

However, your site fees will also help us cover the running costs of our on-site facilities. Holiday Home owners at Marine Holiday Park are provided with access to all manner of these luxuries at our resort, with something to appeal to all members of the family. This includes our heated indoor swimming pool which was completely redesigned in 2022 to incorporate our iconic beached pirate ship which is sure to inspire your children’s imaginations. Our swimming pool is open from 9am to 6pm daily, during which time there is a continuous lifeguard presence to ensure your safety and that of your family.

Other facilities that our holiday park site fees cover are a selection of children’s play areas, evening entertainment, children’s activity programme, amusement arcades and The Shack outdoor section where you can dine, drink, play with your kids or enjoy some fabulous seasonal entertainment.

Marine Holiday Park site fees vary depending on the size and type of holiday home that you opt to purchase at our resort. 

If you opt for one of our select 10ft bases for your caravan then you will have site fees which cost just £4,100 per year. This rate increases to £5,000 per year if you opt for one of our larger 12ft bases. 

Those of you who opt to purchase one of our luxury lodges for sale in Rhyl at Marine Holiday Park meanwhile will face payments of £6,000 per year. We are confident that you will find that our site fees are incredibly competitive when compared to other holiday parks in Rhyl and the wider North Wales region especially when you consider the wealth of on-site facilities, activities and entertainment that we provide for our owners.
