Parisella’s have been in operation for over 70 years, during which time it has gained a reputation for exceptional quality and taste. Its origins can be traced back to its founder Domenico Parisella who moved to Britain from his native Italy in 1912. Utilising his knowledge of making ice cream the Italian way, Parisella’s became the ice cream of choice in the North Wales region.
