We are so excited to share our new booking system with you! The booking system will be live and available through the website this March. 

What is the booking system for? 

For all activities including owners swim, general swim, water walkers, aqua jets and events. 

Do you have to pay to book?

No. All bookings are free, however, you will need to ensure you have an owners or complex pass. You can purchase these from the main reception. 

How do you book?

Through a link on the website which will be available in March. There will be two sections clearly shown, one for owners and one for holiday guests. 

I stay in my family/friends holiday home am I classed as an owner? 

No. The only persons who can log in through the owner section is the owner or co owner of a holiday home. If you are staying in a friend or relatives holiday home you are a holiday guest. 

How far in advance can you book? 

Up to 14 days. 

If you are a holiday home owner you will be added to the system automatically. Please ensure your email address is up to date with the owners reception team. Please call them on 01745 345 194 to confirm all contact details.
