Following the latest announcements from the Welsh Government and the ‘rule of six’ we’re updating our Responsible Visitor Pledge –
Face coverings are now mandatory in all indoor public areas, so if you are popping into reception please do wear a mask. We also ask that you wear a mask in the Arcade and when you are walking through the complex.
Reception is still open and we ask that you respect our guidance of having only one customer in reception at a time. If at all possible please free feel to give us a call instead!
In Wales it is against the law for more than 6 people (over the age of 11) to meet indoors unless they are part of the same household.
So we will no longer be able to accept bookings of over six people in any accommodation unless:
We can accept bookings of up to six made up of four households if they form part of an extended household.
Please note that while you may not be staying in accommodation with another family but are on a break together, you are only permitted to join in groups outside as long as the total number of people meeting does not exceed 30.
For more information on the new guidance please click here.
If your break has more than six guests and does not comply with the new law or guidelines set out by the UK or devolved governments then your break is protected by our Flexible Booking Policy.
This entitles you to move your break without charge or cancel your break and receive a refund when you contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival.
In order to change the date of your holiday, you can either email us at enquiries@marineholidaypark.com or call us on 01745 345 194 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
When contacting us, you will need to provide us with your booking reference number and your full personal details. If you are requesting a refund, we require the same information. Once we are in contact with you, we will make every effort to accommodate you going forward.
This policy applies to all of our direct bookings, if you have booked through a third-party travel agent or tour operator please contact them in the first instance.
If you live in an area where a local lockdown is imposed and you are not allowed to leave the area and travel to park, you are also covered by our Flexible Booking Policy.
