Reopening FAQ’s

On Saturday 11th July from 10.00 am we will be reopening our doors to Holiday Home Owners.

We have answered some frequently asked questions below –

1. What time can I come to park?
Owners are welcome from 10.00am Saturday 11th July.

2. Do I need to renew my barrier pass?
No, it is not a new season/year therefore you do not.

3. Is the Reception open?
Yes, the reception is open every day 9-6pm. 01745 345 194.

4. Can I come back on park after reception closes?
Yes you can.

5. Will the swimming pool be open?
The pool is closed until further notice.

6. Is the Sports Bar or Club open?
Yes a take away bar menu is available from the Mariners club in the day and evening. You can sit on the outside seating provided but must keep a safe distance at all times from people who are not in your household.

7. Is the Cafè and Chip Shop open?
Yes a take away menu is available for both the cafe and chip shop.

8. I need electric cards can I purchase them?
Yes you can purchase electric cards from the main foyer. Please use the sanitising stations provided and follow our one way system and please use the foot markings.

9. Can I let my caravan out?
Yes you can, barrier passes must be purchased for your guests from reception. Complex passes are not needed until further notice.

10. When will you reopen the complex/all facilities?
We will reopen all facilities when it is safe to do so with instruction from the Government. At the moment we do not have a defined date.
