We would like to introduce you to Captains Promise, a confidence guarantee for both Owners and Guests.
We recognise that we are all living in unprecedented and uncertain times therefore where we can help, we will.
So, What is Captains Promise?
A confidence guarantee scheme for both Owners and Guests. We have been researching and learning about how we can keep ourselves, owners and guests even more safer. We have put many measures in place which we ask you our Owners and Guests to respect and adhere to. We will be reviewing all of the procedures regularly to ensure we are keeping in line with the latest Government information.
Our reception area has been turned into a one way system, we ask you to stand on the foot markings provided and keep a safe distance. We have sanitising stations next to the reception desk and the electric card machine. If you would like to speak to a team member you can do so over the phone by calling 01745 345 194, we are happy to answer all of your questions and we can also take account payments over the phone.
The Holiday Home Sales Office is open and appointments are available. It is preferable you have an appointment, however, we will try our best to assist you if you do not have one. All of our team members have been provided with a PPE kit. All team members will be ensuring they wash their hands regularly and appointment rooms will be thoroughly sanitised before and after each viewing. We will ask for all visitors to use the hand sanitizer provided and if they would prefer for us to wear a mask for the duration of their appointment.
A take-away service from the Mermaids Café and Captain’s Plaice Chip Shop will be available from Monday 13th July. A take-away bar menu service is also available in the day and night from our Mariners Club. Specific opening days and times will be shown on our notice boards around the park.
Our other facilities such as the Tropical Heated Swimming Pool, Sands Arcade and Laundrette remain closed until further notice. However, we will reopen these facilities as soon as it is safe to do so with instruction from the Government.
We have put all of our procedures together into a booklet which will be available to download off our website very soon. The booklet will be given out to each of our Owners on the day of reopening on Monday 13th July, additional copies will be available from our reception. Holiday guests will find a copy of this included in their welcome pack. The booklet also includes helpful tips and recommendations for our Owners when reopening their Holiday Home after the lockdown period.
We are looking forward to welcoming all of our Owners and Holiday Guests back to Marine, with the Captains Promise you and your family have confidence guaranteed.
